You could say my career in collections was inevitable, but as a young college kid I didn't see it that way. I started with CCC in 1998, part time, as a receptionist while I earned Photography and Art History degrees. I began making calls for our Outsource department shortly after that and went full time as an Outsource Specialist after college. I was promoted to Outsource Supervisor with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the department and a few years later, to Outsource Manager. In 2013, I became a Vice President in the company. I am a Dale Carnegie graduate, and I am active in the IACC and CLLA. Today, achieving the highest level of customer service in our industry is my passion. I work to grow our Outsource department daily and I love managing the people in my department. I travel regularly for the company, and I delight in experiencing new places while meeting the people who drive us to greatness: our clients.

The old adage, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”, is extremely relevant in the world of credit and collections. Understanding who to extend credit to and what limits to set has become more complex than ever before. Credit grantors must take a comprehensive look at not only the credit worthiness of their customers but at how supply chain disruption may affect their customers.
Consequently, companies are using credit reports at unprecedented levels today to make informed decisions. CCC of NY offers Experian Credit Report options that are scalable with incentive based pricing for annual subscriptions.
Whether you are looking for an inexpensive Intelliscore Plus report, a thorough and detailed Premier Profile Report or something in between, CCC of NY has an Experian product that is just right for your company. Additionally, CCC of NY offers Canadian and International Credit Reports to clients with business interests outside the United States.
CCC of NY leverages the enormous amount of credit reports pulled from Experian to negotiate rates that are often far lower than most companies qualify for working directly with Experian. Additionally, for clients who prefer limited vendors, CCC of NY manages the relationship with the credit reporting companies so our clients can enjoy a singular vendor contact for multiple services.
CCC of NY offers substantial savings with annual subscription based pricing. With options starting as low as 100 reports/year, our competitive pricing continues to drop the more reports you use. Additionally, subscription users receive complimentary Credit Alerts starting with 500 free alerts.
If your business needs don’t warrant subscription packages, CCC of NY offers the following discounted a la carte pricing for domestic Experian credit reports:
One page Business Summary with a statistical model taking into consideration those factors most affecting Bad Debt Risk. Scores may range from 0-100 (“0” being the highest risk and “100” being the lowest risk).

A comprehensive business report that facilitates better decision making by supplying critical information needed for assessing credit risk and performing background checks. It provides “quick glimpse” views and details related to business payment performance, public record history and company background, risk dashboard, credit limit and fraud screening.
Pricing varies based on country and will be quoted per request.
